Thank you SO MUCH everyone for the lovely congrats and festive party plans in the other thread. It means so very much to me to your support and well wishes. :YMHUG:

I wish I could have responded last night, but I worked late, came home to a sick husband, tested Alice, fed the cats, and CRASHED. Woke up after midnight, tried to fashion a response then, but somehow groggily deleted it instead. @-) This morning was up early with still-sick husband and have just returned from the doctor's office ... raging sinus infection. I knew it had to be bad for him to actually want to go to the doctor, lol.

NOW I'm at work, but I'm taking the time to sit down and properly respond! Let the party (finally) begin! :lol:
 
THAT'S WHAT I WAS WAITING FOR!!!

LET'S GET THE PARTY STARTED!!! IT'S OFFICIAL
ALICE IS OTJ!!!

Swarms of heavenly voices begin to descendas the cats from the bridge start to arrive. As they land they begin to sing the praises of Alice and her mom Geneva. Trumpets sound announcing the guests arrival.

The Fur Gang have out done themselves. Balloons festoon the ceiling, disco lights flash, and D.J. Patches PawPaw pumps up the jams.

Duvessa and Myrrdin dressed in their finest tuxes dash between the guests with trays of Mousetines and Tunaritas.


The banquet table is laden with Pan Seared Sea Bass, shrimp kabobs, lobster stuffed crab, and a wide selection of other delicacies the guests have brought.

There is a rumor flying of a special guest who will appear at some point during the party

Sammy and Lizzy started dancing at 4am this morning.... its a party for sure! They are both wearing their little black dresses with white accessories, and Lizzy even had a bath yesterday in anticipation... she wanted to look her best.

Sammy wanted to tell you that she really thanks Geneva for all her hard work to help her friend Alice get off the juice. She wonders if you will be like her mom and sort of miss the sugar dance. Of course if Geneva's dad is sick, you will have a patient to keep you busy anyway.

Congrats!
 
Yeah Prop has been partying all night long and i so happy that Alice is now OTJ.

The tunaritas are ready and Prop will be arriving shortly, looking forward to give Alice a big hug.

Hey, Hey, Hey! What is going on here?! This is your old friend Roving Reporter Alphabean coming to you live from the bottom of earthly side of Rainbow Bridge.

My best feline friend Maui the Magnificent send word from her new condo at Rainow Bridge to get my butt out of bed and to rush over here because she has a message for a very special feline here in LL.

It's been so long since I heard from my friend Maui and knew I just had to wake up and find out what all the hoopla is about!

Now, it's not going to be easy for me to contact Maui, as you know connection to the other side only happens on special occasions.

Wait felines..... I think I can connect to Maui now.

Hey Maui, how are you? Where have you been? You don't call or write anymore.

Oh Alphabean unless you are a GA you wouldn't understand. I don't have time for your silliness. I have something very important to share with you and all those on your side.

There is a Bean that was sitting at Rainbow Bridge named Juliete and she was crying. Onxy, Muse and Musette (by the way they are never apart) and I went over to this Bean to find out what was wrong.

The Bean told us that she is very happy because there is a party for her little Alice today. Alice is finally OTJ and is safe and loved.

But Juliete is also very sad that she cannot be there in physical form to hug Alice and tell her how much she loves and misses her. Juliete told us that Alice has a new mommy Bean named Geneva and this new mommy does all the things that Juliete can no longer do. She said that she is very grateful that this bean rescued her little Alice and loves her.

I told this Bean that there is a way that she can let Alice know exactly how she feels. I said that she must clear her mind of all bad thoughts and fill her heart with love. Then when Alice is asleep she can penetrate the veil and visit Alice in her dreams. Alice will feel her in her heart and both hearts can talk to each other.

I wanted to make sure that the message got through which is why I rousted you from retirement and made you leave my lovely condo in the Falls to come to LL for this party! Remember how much you loved LL parties! You were always getting everyone into trouble and tattling on what we did!

Oh never mind all that Alphabean! I have to go now, there is a lot to do and many kitties to supervise.

I'm sorry folks, my connection with Maui the Magnificient is broken. and now back to you in the studio.
 
Alska is on his way to the party wearing his famous all-white tux!!! He is so excited to celebrate Alice and Geneva's successful attention to this disease!!!! Congrats!!!!!

But, hey, what a THRILL to finally make it back here today and read these wonderful, beautiful messages! You ladies truly are amazing! And to that Roving Reporter ... you made me CRY!! But they were tears of gratitude that I have been able to do this for my dear friend, Juliette and her precious girl, Alice. I talked with Juliette's daughter today and told her Alice's good news. She cried too, knowing how much this wonderful landmark would have meant to her mom.

AND WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!

Alice and I have been here for just a month. I haven't really contributed much to these boards, but, oh my goodness, the support and advice and LOVING KINDNESS I have received just cannot even be measured and can never be repaid. All of you gathered here in support with your beautiful, bedazzled furbabies ... I have just never experienced anything like it (crying again!).

I don't visit relaxed lantus often, but I got a message that, that darn Roving Reporter Alphabean is back! I have spent years having to deal with this guy, he claims to be my Maui's bestest friend, yet all he did was eat her food, mess up her condo at the Falls, lounge in her pool and be a real ..... well you get the idea. :o

Overall, he is a good chap, but Alice must watch! Tell her to never invite him to her new condo, if she does, he will never leave! I've been trying to evict him from Maui's condo for months with no luck! I never understood why Maui liked him and put up with him, I think he amused her and Maui always loved a good laugh.

His most favorite thing to do was go to all the LL OTJ parties and he called it reporting, but we all know it was tattling on what those kitties did there. OTJ parties are secret and known only to the kitties, Alphabean was the only bean who was able to attend the parties and he caused as much chaos as the kitties!

Congratulations on Alice's OTJ! I know all the kitties at the bridge are celebrating too - of course they love any excuse to party! ;-)
 
WHAT!!!! If there's "tattling" about the goings on at the party....
