Yesterday lots of blue with a green touchdown late afternoon.

No recap yet today, I'm in the ferry line up again to see DM. Neko gave me a permission slip and DH is around to test later. Neko was a happy camper this morning. She wanted out when we got home from rowing and helped me set up the sprinkler, but quickly remembered it was TFS time. :lol: We had an excellent acupressure session after breffs. There's a spot on her back that usually gets a deep breath and sigh. cat_pet_icon

Healing vines to kitties and beans in need, and appy vines too. You know who you are.

I hope your visit with your DM goes well and she's continuing to heal up. That's great Neko likes the accupressure sessions and lets you do them.

Hi Wendy,
I hope you had a good visit with your mom and that she is feeling better and better. Neko is taking a "rest" day, it seems.

You could have given permission without giving away the farm, Neko. :lol: I hope you come home to a better number, Wendy and DM's recovery is progressing smoothly. She is one tough lady.

Back to better numbers. :-D I delivered some groceries and home made muffins, served lunch, did some cleaning and picked blackberries and tayberries. DM made a loaf of bread while I was there - well actually used her bread maker but still needed help moving it around. After lunch a neighbour stopped in with enough dinner for them for 3 nights and a raspberry flan. This same neighbour had delivered food last week. That's what is great about rural island living. :-D DM is moving around more easily than she was last week and she's being good about using her walker. Physio will do a home visit tomorrow.

@Carla, Ella, Julie, Liz - Thanks for keeping Neko company while I was gone. Third cycle after a low is often Neko's bounce high point - it was again today.

Boy was that quick, one minute I saw +3 253 and now PMPS 115!! almost time for :mrgreen: ! C'mon Neko! that's so neat that she is liking the accupressure sessions so much!

Sounds like DM is getting around so much better , are blackberries ripe already- seems early? Regardless, yummo on the goodies, have I mentioned that to me, the smell of fresh baked bread is better than any perfume!! :lol:

You called it Ruth. :-D Neko's doing her all day slide, just in time to make sure momma doesn't get a good sleep tonight. :roll: Neko did have a good yard patrol after dinner. Blackberries have gotten a lot riper in just one week. I had my first berry last week but a lot more ripe this week. I see blackberry ice cream in my future.
