Doogle has been doing ok. He is eating but not like he was before the DKA. He did start vomiting the last food he ate around +3. I am worried this has come back. We have been checking for ketones and as of a few hours ago he didnt have any. Its hard to do when he squats so low in the litter box. Is this something I should worry about?
Update: The emergency hospital said unless we see him get lethargic and ketones just to watch. He said his tummy could have been just upset still or the food didnt agree with him. So we are going to watch him and see.
