Miss China continues to take her deputy duties very seriously.....now she just has to have a talk with our LagoonMeister about being a good example and staying out of the shark water!!

Of course she really needs to stop teasing them first.....LOL

I have dropped her dose a drop starting this morning....let's see if she can continue these wonderful numbers with a tiny bit less juice!!...IF she can, I might drop it another drop or two!

I'm so mad tonight I can hardly think straight. After sitting here all day long waiting for the technician from AT&T to get here and calling them 5 times to make sure they were coming (all 5 times they said "he's on his way"), at 7:55pm I call for the last time and while I'm on the phone with them, I get a text saying I've been rescheduled for Monday from 8-5

So now I'm supposed to sit at home all day Monday and wait??? I called at 4pm...they said I was "next on the list" and they'd be here by 6pm my time....at 6:15 they said he was "on his way and would call when he was close"....at 7:45 they said "the ticket is still open and has been assigned a technician so that means they're on their way"

When the text came though, they said I've been "rolled over" to tomorrow...I said "you mean Monday?"....they said they're short staffed on weekends so IF they have time tomorrow, they'll come. Now this is BS because they only make appointments Mon-Sat....IF they had people working on Sundays, you'd think the first people to get seen would be the ones they screwed over on Saturday

So everything I needed to get done today out of the house didn't get done so I didn't miss the technician who never came :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
 
First I hope China continues to thrive in green with a few less drops. As for AT&T I would be screaming if I thought it would do any good. Is cable internet an option? I'm thinking of switching. Maybe if you threaten to leave they will at least give you something off your bill.
 
I feel your pain. Service technicians know they have you over a barrel. They get scheduled so tight that if a job takes longer than expected, everyone down the line suffers. But heaven forbid they should let you know in advance. And when they give you a four or six hour window, why can't they at least tell you where you are in the lineup? That way, if the window is 10-2 and you're fourth in line, you'll know you're pretty safe to run out on an hour long errand at 9:30. :rolleyes:

Meanwhile, just look at China's numbers and it'll calm you right down. :D It's a good thing she and Rusty were on duty today. There were a bunch of kitties venturing into deeper waters. Harvey was manning the binoculars on shore and keeping the fire going for another great fish fry tonight.

I wasn't even given a 4-6 hour window.....only thing they could tell me was to be home from 8-8.....then when it was getting late in the day and I started calling, they were always "on their way" :mad:

Bummer on AT&T.

The kitties feel safer with Deputy China on duty in the deep end, but dear China do be careful of those sharks!

Chris--I'm so sorry you're having internet troubles--hoping it all resolves smoothly and soon!
 
I hope China keeps surfing on the new dose. How frustrating with AT&T. An 8 hour window is too long. I hope they come early Monday.
 
It is super frustrating to wait for any type of repair; at least most will give customers a 4 hour window. But to not show up at all! I'd be up one side of them and down the other lol!
China.....good surfing China but keep it safe ok!
