wheezer:
unchanged. anywhere from 0.025 to .1u. still cannot figure him out. he has the most sputtering ( I assume) pancreas I have ever seen. 2 days in a row at 0.05u he went down to 28. so he is usually TID dosing and every other day or so it is BID
Mr. beasley:
still his sweet adorable loving self. have him down to .5u which works at times and other times higher than I would like. he has level doff at the 12# 4-6 oz range. looks good and acts good. he really like to cuddle and is a big time purrer. when at computer, he likes to lay in my lap. he is finally starting to play with the younger cats and will chase them for a few rounds. he does get in a few scrapes and we do have a healing spot on his face.
he is such a sweet cat
Twinkie:
:YMSIGH: twinkie. he remains aloof. we are weaning him off the prozac and tomorrow will be his last dose. he is tolerating it well. I can pet him without the skin ruffling and him starting to lick when you touch his back. his hair looks good and is all grown in. he is much more relaxed in LR with other cats and does not get upset unless one of the younger ones jump on him to play.
he still likes to be left alone in his corner, where ever he happens to choose for that day. he sleeps most of day and does not move around much. I do not really know if this is normal for him or not since he came to me in such a state of anxiety. according to Dawn (ac) many months ago, twinkie is a mess both mentally and physically. would like to have another short session to find out if ok. he weighs 10# 6.4 oz. he remains with URI symptoms of sneezing.coughing and runny eyes. remains on lysine and have given interferon intermittently. this seems to help some. I think he may come out of his shell a little more but will take time. he is affectionate when you force your hand and rub all over him. then he will purr but you really have to listen to hear it.
so all in all, we are surviving
