Nice blue for Cobb this morning. Perhaps he figures he won't add to my stress by throwing me a high number. Mid-100s though. That's perfect territory to maybe check out the lagoon! It's supposed to be hot today here! A dip might be relaxing. :lol:

We are off to "discovery day." :cry: Wish us (me) luck!!!

Oh yes...a dip in the lagoon is much needed on a day like this. Lots of heat...lots of humidity...lagoon is a must! Hope you have a good day... wishing you luck at discovery day!

It's so hot today!! I hadda take dip in the lagoon. So nice! So refreshing! I should think about visiting more often...

WOOT! Did you get your toenails done in green? I found that helped me last year. :lol:
 
An eventful day is turning into an eventful night. Cobb is at 70 for his PMPS. :shock: I decided to bite the bullet and not stall. Given history, he should start climbing. I'll grab a +1 or +2 to make sure, and a +3. I usually wake up around +5.5-6.5 anyway so I'll grab it then, and Matt leaves for work at +8.5 so I'll have him grab a test then if need be. It may be a PJ party night!

Matty did great. Mama did not. :cry: We both held it together for my initial departure out of the room to go fill out paperwork. Then I was watching him through the window (double sided so he couldn't see me), and he started crying. I was less than happy. But I resisted the urge to go in and calm him down, which would probably have made it worse! So I left him and cried in the car, called my parents who reassured me that everything would be ok, and then my dad said moms should never do the first drop off. :roll: I came home and got some good cleaning done. Took 3 bags of clothes and shoes to Goodwill, two loads of dishes, two loads of laundry, and the family room vacuumed. So, it was a productive day. I missed my little guy though. I hope drop off on Tuesday goes well. I've already decided to not put my mascara on until after I leave him. :lol:
 
Oh my - looks like Cobb is joining many kitties putting on their best for Trixie's party tonight! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Sorry about the teary drop off today - it's good you got to give it a trial run. :YMHUG:
