7/3 Bob - AMPS 143 well, should I shoot 0.25 or skip again?

Bob's numbers have been under the 200 mark frequently lately. AMPS was not a hungry test, my kid accidentally fed the cat an hour earlier because "Bob was meowing for food".

Would you shoot this # at 0.5, reduce to 0.25 and try to see if that would allow for less skipping, or skip again?

I'm inclined to shoot at 0.25, but then again these #s are influenced by food so I'm not sure.

Can you stall for 30 minutes, retest, and see if he's coming up?

Can you be home today to test and do you have supplies?

I will be home today and I have supplies, however I do not have a vehicle atm and taxis in Dubai will not allow animals in the main part of the car, if they let them in at all. Getting my cat to a vet will be near impossible.

Adding to this, I gave last night's shot at 8ish, and its already nearly 9:47am. So the shot's already late.

If you can test and you have high carb food, you should be able to handle the numbers. Why don't you retest in 30 minutes and see if he's coming up? If he's on the way up, shoot .25u, test at +1 and +2.

If you look in my signature block, you will see two pots...one on Handling Low Numbers and the other Dealing with Low Preshots. I'd print them both...they will help you tonight.

I'm sorry...normally I'd stay up with you but tomorrow is my one work day and I have to be up in 5 hours.
