Good morning, LL!
Ripley is doing great today.
Good use of the LB, good use of her food bowl, and good use of her squawky voice box.
She slept near me last night for the first time in about a week. It only took 3 attempts for her to finally jump up onto the bed. Poor girl.

Sending vines to all in need today, especially Jupe and Doogle, and hugs to Grace as she processes Angie's CKD diagnosis.

Morning Josie, nice report on Ripley. I had to laugh at the nice use of the squawky voice box. :lol: Was Mama not fast enough getting her food on the breffifs table? I'm glad she's feeling well. Hope Ripples enjoys lots of rocker time today. Have a great day.

I love the squak box. My Elsa does that too. Once in a while we hear a meow. Fuds requests are meows, anything else is a sqeaky squak.

Nice numbers as always Ripley. Well done!

Lookin' lovely Ripley! I love a squawky bossy kitty...they are just so cute! Maybe Ripley would like some stairs leading towards your bed, like the ones Ann & Maggie got.

Hi Josie,

"squawky voice box" :lol: love that. Poor Ripley having trouble getting on the bed? I bought some stairs for Smokey, quite a while ago actually, she took right to them very easily. I showed her how to get up them the first time and she took over from there, she showed herself how to use them to go back down too. Smart old girl she was :smile:

We have all sorts of accommodations for Zener too. :-D We cover cardboard boxes with towels or rugs, using bungee cords. It helps to fill them with something heavy, like books. Have a great day, Josie!

I'm glad Ripley is doing well. I keep a little step stool beside my bed to help some of my older kitties (not Furball) get up on the bed.

:lol: :lol: Ripley is telling you how good she feels ;-) My kitties rarely talk. Hoot will yawn talk, he yawns with noise :lol: :lol: It's too funny. He does say ouch when I poke him tho :sad: I'm glad you got some bed time with Ripley cat_pet_icon

Thanks, all, for the visits today! Warms my heart! (Ripley's, too!)

I also appreciate the steps suggestions; I'd have to find a way to put something narrow near the bed. Our tiny bedroom contains a huge king-sized bed (it looked much smaller in Costco ;-) :lol: ). We literally have a super-narrow walking space around the bed, and my side contains the dog bed (for our 120-pounder). I like Liz's idea ~ something about bungee cords... maybe DH can throw together that catapult he's always dreamed of making :lol: :lol: :lol: ... Just kidding, Ripples. Love ya, girl. I'll always help you onto the bed :smile: .
