Prop had a party with some dryfood at +6, it woke me up so i could end it. I was not her favorite person at that point :)
Well i guess 225 is not to bad. So no hoping it is fast out of her system.

Wow, yep. Either it was a quick spike or her body actually dealt with it. Either way, yay!

Now you know I have to do this ....

Young Lady just why is there evil dry food in the house for sweet innocent little Prop to get into? Because you know it's never the kitty's fault. Lol

I know Mel :)
Unfortunately Prop eats all food around and my other cat Berta only eat small meals many times a day. So she only eats when im home. She has just been diagnosed with beginning bad kidneys and she is not to fondof the wet food for kidneys. She tolerate the dry. So since she can only eat when im home, she also get very hungry during the night, so i always have a bowl with a lit of food by the bed. I guess last night when she woke me i opened the lit and closed my eyes sleeping again :) So Prop had a little party :)

Does it make sense? So difficult to explain in a different language :)

Purrfectly. And I was only giving you a playful hard time. Kind of figured it was for Berta.

Oh, Charlotte, do not feel bad about Berta's dry food. I have 1 cat (out of the 9) who still insists on dry. She's been very stubborn about transitioning over. I have to feed her in another room to keep the other cats from getting to her dry food. But they try to get to it! Oh, do they try! They can have all the wet food they want, but they'd have a dry food party too if they could! My husband calls the dry food "kitty crack."

Argh have to say Prop got a little bit again tonight. I guess i am so tired from getting back to work that its to hard for me to keep awake when she wakes me up. But this was the last time. Berta have to get wetfood at night then. She likessomewet that are low i carbs, but not to good for her kidneys. But if she only get a little bit during the night hours. Then if afall a sleep, Prop only get ekstra wetfood.

I know you're not in the US so don't have the same food choices I do, but I would think dry has to be harder on her kidneys because of it's dehydrating properties. What I've seen here is you want a low carb/low phosphorus wet diet for kidney disease. I know here that Friskies Special Diet pates are good on both those values but not sure what you have there that's an equalivant.

You might try posting on Health and see if any of the other European members have suggestions of what is good for both diabetes and kidney disease that's available locally.

Thanks mel. I actually have two different kinds of kidney/low carb wet, and i am in the middle of mixing her wet with the kidney wet. But she wont eat to much of it. And since she is a bit skinny and only can eat when im home. So i have the dry, just to make sure she gets something. When Prop first got diabetes it took me 1 year and a lot of patience to swifth Berta from dry to wet, and then only one brand. Everything else is not good enough for her :) So i think it is a matter of time before she will tolerate the wet props get and that is good for the kidneys. props kidneynumbers havent gotten any worse in two years after changing to smilla poultry pots, so Berta needsto get used to it.
