His AMPS were lower this morning, but I think he must have bounced again because I wasn't home to feed him at 2:00 and Tom didn't think about doing it..I had a doctor appt at 1:00 and didn't get home until 3:40..

Please review,

Hmm, that does look like a bounce. Hopefully the PM number will tell you more (and be down again!).

When was the feeding in relation to the AMPS time (was the food given at +6 with the 340 test)?

Also, I think you're missing a "9" in your title! ;)

Re: 7/2 kitty boo

You mentioned that he didn't get fed at 2 o'clock, but that you were home at 3:40. Is 2pm your +6? And did you feed him at 3:40 when you did get home? I just want to be sure I have all the feeding information right in relation to the numbers on the spreadsheet since I don't know what time you do your AM shot or what your feeding schedule is. Sorry if you have this all in previous posts!

In any case, a temporary spike is nothing to worry about. It happens here and there for so many different reasons. Hopefully tonight it'll already be back closer to normal, and if it's not it's still not cause for alarm, just perhaps an adjustment if a new pattern emerges.

Bring it back down, Kitty Boo!

His feeding schedule is at 8:00 AM 2:00 pm and 8 Pm and 2:00 AM...every 6 hours. However be let me sleep in this morning so he didn't get his shot and fed mornings until 9:40 and the 3:40 feed and blood sugar was +6 today, usually that is at 2:00 and I was still going to feed him at 2:00

at 8:00 pm I did his BS and it was 387...shot of 1.5 units still and fed...back on schedule.

But it did look like he bounced. I was going to check him at noon today, but got busy with getting ready for doctor's appt at 1:00 and I slipped.

Definitely looks like a bounce. Bet he went into green last night which he hasn't seen in awhile and bounced.
