Hi everyone!

Kitty's BG this morning is 54. She's doing so good!

I hope everyone that had PJ parties last night was able to get some sleep! I pray every night for all of my new friends and their kitties. I hope you all have a peaceful day with lots of surfing in green and blue!

You're both doing SO great Missy!! We're all just thrilled that Kitty's responding so well, and seems like the diet change might just be the only thing Kitty needs!!

Wow, what a difference a couple of weeks makes, huh?

We'll be working on petit fours (Low Carb of course) for the party!! Maybe we can get some of Chef Mannie's Renowned PNW Sockeye Salmon with Catmint Mayo!! So yummy!!

Tell Tess to be cleaning out the Party Bus (I heard is was a REAL mess after the double party on the 22nd)....OTJ for Purrcee, and then the Full Moon Party!

Maybe Maui should gas up the jet too...just in case :-D At least she didn't land directly IN the lake at Camp Stu this time :lol: :lol:

I knew that changing her diet to canned food would definitely help her, but I never thought it would work so quickly! I am so thankful that her pancreas decided it was going to behave. I am also thankful for all of the time everyone here put into helping me get Kitty to this point.

We're getting excited about the party! Kitty is brushing up on her social skills..she's usually a loner. I hope she doesn't do something embarrassing and it ends up on YouTube or Instagram. :?

Woo Hoo this is great!

Maui will have the jet all gassed up and ready to fly - real fast of course.

Missy the reason Maui lands the plane in lakes and well strange places is because she flies blindly - she really is blind and it hasn't slowed her down a bit. She didn't go blind because of diabetes - although that can happen if not properly treated, rather she has progressive retinal atrophy - a genetic, degenerative disease that causes the retinas to separate from the eye and therefore causes blindness. there is no treatment and no way to slow or prevent it from happening.

The kitties here on LL make fun of Maui and play tricks on her because she can't see them doing and well, let's just say Maui comes back from parties very messy. But she loves flying her jet and driving her roadster! :lol: :lol:

Well...Maui may have missed the lake this time, but it's going to take some time to get the rest of the tree branches out of the tail wing :lol: :lol:
