Good afternoon and happy Friday!!
Gracie is doing superb today. She got a great night's sleep cuddled up and purring between mama and daddybeans, played with Tobey for about 30 mins, and completed all 5Ps with a nice LB deposit mid morning. She got a dosecrease last night to jump start her momentum again and has been having a lovely blue surf most of the day with no intervention from us. Because Mike has to go to bed early tonight to go to work tomorrow, I believe she will probably decide to keep mamabean up tonight with some greens. That's absolutely fine but I remarked to Mike how odd it is that she rarely goes low when he is home and is on night duty. He said he had to admit that they had a deal that he gave her extra food in return for her keeping her numbers safely up so he can sleep. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: I'm pretty sure he's joking..... I hope :shock: :roll: :? :? :lol:
I am getting a very late start on our condo and also updating Gracie's SS. Most of our very closest friends from our squadron in Germany live in Phoenix and the guys all fly for Southwest, too. We got a call early this morning that some of them decided to make a road trip to Tucson today to see us. It's been raining and windy here so the front courtyard and backyard were kinda messy so we got busy...chop chop....cleaning like mad. We just finished up and got in the shower as they exited the freeway for the last 30 mins of the drive to our house. Thankfully, Gracie decided to give us a nice blue surf so we could all go have a great lunch without worrying about her. It was so nice to see them; we used to see them all much more often before FD as we'd go to Phx and make the rounds visiting them all, playing golf, and having parties. So we're back now, Gracie is still at a nice number, and we are going to take a nappus.
