Well I put his food in his feeder and he walked by and it didn’t open, OMG battery dead!!! :banghead::banghead: So I had to just leave it out and hope he gets it if he needs it, stopping and getting new battery on way home, and a extra one

Get pack of rechargeable batteries with charger, that way you always have them. Since I use monthly spot treatment, I change battery the day I give Olive her treatment so it never goes dead. Learned by feeder not opening one night.

I use rechargeable in my pc mouse, smoke and co2 monitors, tv remotes. Anything that takes aa,aaa,9V batteries. My charger is small but does all 3 sizes. Now that radio shack is gone, it's hard to find 9V. I was told the monitors wouldn't work with rechargeable because they aren't strong enough. I can attest that they work just fine, as hubby set them off a few times with the wood burning stove.:banghead:

It’s the one in his microchip thing he wears around his neck, the round battery

But u know what it might be the feeder itself, I assumed it was the thing he wears omg! I have batteries for feeder itself

Forgot the feeder you had. Also make sure the chip he wears is clean of food. If I remember it could dangle in the food and cover the sensor.
