Charlie This Morning at 4AM!

Aside from the early morning wake up call, we're happy today as Charlie looks good. We're seeing signs of progress. She was energetic this morning (maybe too much as she woke me at 4am STARVING). I fed her a bit. Then she came back in bed and jumped on my chest and turned the engines on. Another good sign. She seems happier than she has been lately. This makes me very, very happy. drinking24

We're still giving her the finidiar (anti-diarrhea tablet), and this morning, FINALLY we found 1 baby poop. Never thought I'd celebrate having to scoop the litter box, but today I am. Charlie is still taking the holistic medicine drops to counter the urinary infection). On Monday we'll be back at the vet for a urine test so we'll see if it's having an impact. For now, we're hanging in there. Thank God it's the weekend as I cannot miss a single day more of work!

glad to hear that charlie is feeling better today. Sounds like the treatment is working for her, Don't get discouraged about bounces and minor setbacks. This isn't a sprint, it's a marathon and getting started is the biggest step.

Thanks so much Ann. Every time I see that picture of Tess with her feet up in front of her, it relaxes me. She is adorable.
We're very happy to see some progress. BIG SNUGGLES from Charlie this morning too. Think that's a very good sign.

What a pleasure to visit this condo with all it's good news! We're so happy for you, Jill - and Charlie, of course! Congrats on the LB prezzie, and all the rest of the progress. I'm crossing all fingers, toes and paws that things will continue along these lines. You're doing a great job.

Hi Jill

Lovely day for Charlie and I'm glad things are improving.

I wonder if one would classify finding a normal poo in the LB as a simple pleasure ;-)
