Hi all. Sorry for my lack of post lately, was waiting for the Levemir to arrive, which it did this afternoon. So we're ready to switch tonight, but his numbers are lower than normal PMPS. He was on 1u of vetsulin. What should I look at to give him tonight. Thanks all!

Brian,

I believe Tiger will be safe on 1u Lev based on what you've mentioned in our discussions -- which was between 200-250 for preshots on 1u vetsulin, with the lowest midcycle reading of 150ish.

Be sure to get a check before going to bed. If you wake up in the night, definitely check Tiger.

I agree. 1.0u should be a good place to start.

Just remember to be patient. The first 5 - 7 days will be building the shed.
