Good morning! She is still bouncing today from the 41 yesterday. Mom didnt realize that she shouldve fed her yesterday when she had that big drop at +3.5, to keep her from going to low. I left her a note and also let her know yesterday, to feed a little when she sees a big drop. So she got a reduction as a result of the 41, and we gave it last night pmps. Who knows what she will do today, but since Im working she will probably drop! OT- civvie Molly has scratched herself raw again under her neck where the little bumps are. We have been putting neosporin on her and took away all chicken. It seemed to help for a while, and now its getting worse. I will have to make another appointment for her, but Im sure they will want to give the steroid shot that she used to get in the past for this same issue. She is 14, and I dont want to give her those shots, but I dont know what else to do  She refuses to eat her limited ingredient food lately, so we have been giving her ff, which only makes the bumps worse it seems, but she needs to eat! Ok, off to work..have a great day everyone!

have you tried going to an entirely different protein for Molly? Perhaps duck or kangaroo, or a raw something that's not chicken. if you put "food allergy advice?" in your subject line it will get advice from folks who have experience with it. Our dog used to dig holes in herself and the vet thought it was a flea allergy. years of that, and someone at the pet store asked me if i'd switched her food. One food change and that was the end of the skin itching. That's the easiest thing to try.

Decent cycle for Chi Chi today!

Your mom did a good job with the lows yesterday. Congrats on the reduction.....hope it holds :-D

Be cautious with the neosporin .....I used it on Gracie for an area she scratched and she had a bad skin rxn to the Neosporin.
