Well it’s been a morning, I got Bellas shot ready, then that’s all I remember, I was making bed and it dawned on me omg, his shot, I ran to get it and nowhere to be found, I have a container I put them in so I can’t look in it, so I’m guess I have it to him, man I’m way to tired, so now it’s on white board to check off, if I had to guess I’m 98% sure I have it, to much to do in the mornings lol
All is well!
Abby still not puking, although Andy puked a huge hairball and sneezed up a storm

Haha I hate that moment when you pause and youre like wait... Oh no!! Its the worst feeling. What I started doing was putting a little star next to AMPS and PMPS on my paper sheet, to be sure I gave him the shot because I found the same thing, sometimes I just could not remember. That might help for the future. I hope your day gets better and good luck with the dosecrease.

OMG! :rolleyes::rolleyes: I do that stuff all the time too...I have to watch the clock or set the oven timer -otherwise next thing I know I'm off in space...doing whatever:eek:...and the time, OMG the time! What happened??? Don't beat yourself up too much...happens to all of us...;)Hope the dosecrease dose the trick...:D

Guess I did give shot and he’s in lagoon, wheressssss Luci:rolleyes:, I got my blue swimming trunks on, hammock out and a catini with little umbrellas waiting for ya :rolleyes::rolleyes:

I prep the syringe and out it on paper towel on counter right where I do the bowls. Dish all the bowls out and put them down. As i clean up the counter, put insulin in fridge, put lids on open cans, knife and scale bowl in sink. Syringe is right there can't miss it, give while Ollie is still eating. Then wipe the counter down.
 
Oh those mornings are so rough! I haven't had any of those yet. I do the completely unhealthy (I reckon) thing of carrying the syringe in my mouth (by the cover) until I snag a Loudogg. If it's not in my mouth (or if I'm not physically holding it), it's on my BG notebook, so I can't miss it. I feel like I should really get some better practices, but since they haven't failed me yet, it's hard to entice me to make changes, haha. Bella is looking good so far thankfully!
 
Poor Jamie, not a great way to start off the day. But I'm glad you did get the insulin into Bella, and he's swimming and having fun. I hope you have a great relaxing day!

Luci is swimming in the lagoon with Bella! :cool::cool: She's over there just surfing along...tell him to come on' and get his surfboard out...the water is F.I.N.E...:cool::cool:

Thanks! I’m late making his bed, but he doesn’t care :rolleyes: Beach is right down the road, Come on down! We have plenty of catini’s and umbrellas, beach chairs and the water is fine! We can watch for dem sharks from sand:eek: and pick sheshells, I bet Luci looks fabulous in her bokini:smuggrin: we are open 24x7:woot:
 
I think you did give the shot! I have a little notebook and as soon as I give the shot I go and record the preshot number and the time I gave the shot. It has helped me a lot when I have had brain farts in the AM.

That bed is precious!
