Trixi is still hanging in the lagoon! She did take it down to a 54 at +5 last night, prompting an extra pokey test after that to be sure she was surfing, and that final test did provide us with an 87. So, still no reducie, which is fine with me...this dose is workin'!
I am going to try out Paw Lickin' again tonight, since she is tired of the Wellness. The first time I tried it, she loved it, but I think it caused her BGs to go up. But one never knows for sure, so we'll give it another go. At this point, if it causes any sort of spike at all, I'll pull it right away...I don't want to lose this beautiful regulation we've got going on. I would love to be able to offer her more variety, and the BG is supposedly good in both carbs and phos. But, she's so sensitive to carbs...the Wellness drives her numbers up, too, and she requires a lot more juice now that she eats Wellness than she did when she ate FF and Purina One. So, we shall see....
Yesterday in Trix's condo, I made a plea to my sweet GA Mario to have a little talk with Frankie about her scratching all night long. Looks like he stepped in and helped out...she didn't scratch last night! Thank you, Mario! Please keep reminding her, though, OK?
