Yesterday's Condo

Well, his +4 shows promise! I am wondering if the numbers are from the full moon or what. We will see what he does today. They are both getting ready for the big clean up party. This kitties really know how to have a good time! :lol: They said "Life is short. Party hard!"

I was able to watch some of the Full Thunder Moon festivities last night from a secret spot. They went wild for the bison meatballs that Stu made which were flavored purrfectly with Mannie's special seasonings. Chef Stu dazzled everyone once again with the delectable foods...all of which was basically inhaled by the throng of hungry kitties! They were all impressed with the special mushrooms that Spooky and Socks brought all the way from Germany! Mannie and Raja were running around replenishing the serving dishes. Mocha & Teddy were a big help in the kitchen too!

The feast was followed by dessert which was an endless supply of wonderful catnip cookies that Do Lou brought along. Bellies were filled with the great food and then the ceremony began. Bear Man lead the group in prayer for those who have gone ahead. There were many tears followed by one of their famous group hugs. That went on for a long time as you can imagine the scene. Everyone crying and hugging everyone!

Shadow spoke a little about the July Thunder Moon. Raja had to help him though. He has trouble speaking about thunder. :lol: Raja is not afraid of it at all so she kinda took over the speech.
Moonie and Shadow then began their Moondance. As always, the kitties were in awe at the wonderful scene before them. Such seriousness for the Moondance! They all began doing the group dance. (a strange ritualistic type of dance that everyone joins in. Don't EVER tell them that I witnessed it and especially don't tell that I shared it with you all! Yipes! Mum's the word on this one, ok???)

Bear Man was at the bar in his usual spot and was talking privately to anyone who needed advice and help. He is so good that way. Bear Man is so giving with his time and he shares his experience and wisdom with all. But he did do a little lightning display too which everyone loved. And J.D. entertained the entire group with his tales of the bug hunt he had that day. Everyone was so sad that his Mama wouldn't let him bring is trophy. Then Putty entertained them with his tales of Cape Cod. He told of how he had to explore this new house thoroughly before he would let his family sleep. He had to make sure things were safe. Then, Raja & Shadow joined in and told of their early years on Cape Cod too.
Maggie told them all about her new condo at the Falls and how she was so busy unpacking and loving her new life there! Purrcie then asked them all to pose for a beautiufl picture...

The music began and the dancers circled the floor... Big Mac, Tess, Blackie, Buzz, Morris, Tray, Trey, Moonie, Teddy, Twix, Mocha, Rocky, Purrcie and Maui too. Gottie and Doodles and Raja and Logan and Shadow... Six in his Speedo danced with Sara in her crisp white spagetti strap top and denim pants...and so many kitties....too many for me to list here. They changed partners often and everyone danced until they could dance no more!

They did a great job of cleaning up after the party so don't think they left anything behind. BUT, we all know they like to have an excuse to get together again so a clean up party is supposedly taking place tonight! They are a wonderful group of kitties who are so loving towards each other. They are always welcome here. Thank you for letting them all come....we had a great time. Uh...I mean, THEY had a great time and don't forget to keep this between us. Okay? ;-)

Looks like a few of us are dealing with higher numbers today. They will come down. They've come down before and they will come down again. Greens to all of us tonight.... :mrgreen:

Sounds like a wonderful time was had by all. Thanks for having all the kitties over. They really love their parties.

I love your post party posts - so great! Mannie is on his way to help with clean-up.

Pink?? I can't believe that Shadow was pink! He and Blackie must have gotten into some mischief last night at the party.

Thank you, Pat, for hosting yet another wonderful full moon party. Blackie had a wonderful time as you can tell from his red hangover. :mrgreen:

thanks FOR THE WONDERFUL PARTY last night Pat & Shadow & Raja--Moonie had an absolutely great time & has been sleeping it off--
Glad to hear she is such a big hit with her & Shadow leading the MOONDANCE!!
Those cats do know how to party!!! BETTER THAN US!!
Seems like a Great night all around!!

Shadow, come on down, I know you can do it. Maybe it was the full moon pulling your numbers up a bit. The full moon is past now, ok? Time to show us some lower numbers.

So many kitties had a great time last night at your place and I hope you aren't exhausted from all the dancing and then the clean-up.

Quiet day here. They are resting up after last night and in preparation for the party tonight.
I do hope that they don't overdo it with all this partying. Shadow is coming down but I am still not happy with the numbers/
CD...that was so funny that you posted that picture of Raja with the cell phone yesterday! I was laughing so much. DD saw it and confirmed that you and I are both NUTS! Where did you get that picture of her anyway? LOLOLOL. So funny. You are really something else with those pictures. Such a clever Bean! :mrgreen:

Oh gosh, I love hearing the wrap-up of the party. You are such a good writer. Maggie says thank you to Shadow and Raja for the party. She loves her new condo at the Falls and can't wait until more kitties join her. She thanks everyone for the eats and Chef Stu's cooking. She had a wonderful time. :YMHUG:

Barb is right, half the fun of these parties is reading your recap the next day! Sara had a great time. Could'nt stop talking about it. She's already looking forward to the next party.

Dear Pat, Raja, and Shad-0, I had the best time last night! Thank you for the wonderful party. I'm glad all the kitties enjoyed the food. It was so much fun cooking. Raja was a great help in the kitchen, and Shad-0 was his usual happy self, making sure everything was going smoothly. I can't wait 'till the next full moon!!!!!

Pat, Shadow was a pretty flat yellow today and we know what that portends!! I think you'll see some good numbers tomorrow. Thanks again for hosting the party and for your wonderful description of it.
