With an AMPS of 405, it looked like he was getting ready to dive, so I'm not sure what happened between +4 and +6. About to get a +9 in case +6 was a prolonged food spike.

+9 = 341 :( I hope he's not bouncing from the quick drop this morning. That would just be ridiculous. A bounce in the middle of another bounce. If he doesn't come down tonight, I'm going to increase tomorrow morning. I can deal with a red pre-shot if it means he's about to break a bounce, but if he's getting back up into the 400s in between bounces and breaks, then I'm falling behind with his dose.

Have you given up on the idea of using R with Chino? He is probably just doing the bounce wobble.

No, but when I see a red AMPS (or PMPS) it usually means he's going to start breaking a bounce, and when I've given R before in that situation, it pulls him down too quickly. See the 5/31 AM cycle. That's when I stopped giving R for red pre-shots and started giving it only on the first cycle of a bounce, or with the +4 meal. His bounces became shorter which makes it harder to know if he's going high because he's about to come down, or if it's because the dose isn't working for him anymore.

Thought it might be something like that. I wonder if a smaller R dose might help. But if he isn't bouncing long, that's a good idea to shelf the R.
