Good Morning Everyone,

We may get some rain today and that would be good. We really need it. It is cloudy and quite cool this morning: 58 degrees. Rusty had a good test, but a "hurt" shot. He meowed loudly and tried to pull away, but I think it went in (poor kitty--I must have hit a nerve or something). He enjoyed 2 sittings of breakfast and is napping on the couch. We'll take him outside after we get back from the Post Office. I have spent the morning thus far paying bills. UGH!! And the upstairs of the house is still waiting to be cleaned.

Rusty is all set to go to Gracie's birthday party. He can't wait to help make the cinnamon cake.

Everyone have a good day and we are sending positive thoughts and healing vines to all kitties in need of them,

Hi Ella, so sorry about the ouchie shot for Rusty! I had one like that last week for Maggie! Nice that you will have some rain to cool things off a bit. Send some our way soon. Good day for cleaning when it's raining. That's why my apartment never gets cleaned. no rain! :lol:

aww poor Rusty, sorry about the ouchie shot. This however, is a very nice amps to start his day.

Hope you get the needed rain, we got ours and it's so nice.

Great start for Rusty today and look at that nice green at +6. Woohoo! Sorry about the ouch shot. Those make you feel bad, but it happens.

Ugh on the bills. It needs to be done though. Hope you have a wonderful day!

I'm so happy to see Rusty having these great numbers!!! Owwwie on the shot but I think we all do it from time to time. I occasionally get a little "meep" out of Gracie.

I hope you all have fun walking to the PO and taking Rusty out later!!!

Hi Ella,
I will be thinking of you and Rusty tomorrow ... I am taking a quick trip up to Kingston and beyond (Upper Canada Village) with my sister and her kids over the next couple of days. I will be taking the Rusty route, and probably stopping in at the same McDonalds where he first met you and Edward! I think of your boy all the time, and I will definitely be thinking of him as I retrace my steps along the transport route tomorrow!

Hi Linda, Such nice photos of Rusty. I believe he's a bit fatter now!! I think of that meeting in Kingston a lot, too, and wish we could meet again. Would you care to visit Saranac Lake on your way home?
Rusty is fine and sends his love. He says to tell Ted not to forget Gracie's birthday party this evening. How is the "integration" going?

Hi everyone else,
Edward and Rusty had a good hour in the garden between rainstorms while I was shopping. His numbers are good, and he's sleeping on the couch now. Shadow wasn't out today, but Rusty looked for him.
I had an interesting encounter with a flock of Canada Geese on the street that runs next to Lake Flower. They had gotten out of the lake onto the bank and half of them were across the street, eating the grass on some lawns! The rest of them were in the street. One was the "marshal" I think that the smaller geese were the babies of several months ago, because the older geese were watching them carefully. There was 1 white goose in the flock (a snow goose that got blown off course during the spring migration??). All the cars slowed down, thankfully!

Hi Ella, I would love to visit Saranac lake on another visit without the kids. That is till something I would love to do! I would love to see all of you again, and visit the wonderful sounding community that you have there.

The integration is going slowly, except for days like to today when I accidentally locked the two boys in the same room :o

Rusty's numbers are looking absolutely fantastic!! At least someone knows how to behave...not to high, not to low, but just perfect!!!

Hi Ella - so sorry to be so late in visiting... I just don't know where the day went... well I do, but heck: finally got everything operational on the new PC, just took a while... condos suffered!

It looks like Rusty had a very good day today. Low blues and greens - so so nice! Too funny that he went out looking for Shadow! yep - he has a friend!

I love the pics that Linda posted - how I remember that transport - I think all of LL was watching that whole thing evolve. What a great day it was. I hope that sometime soon you guys will be able to hook up again.

oh wow on the geese... I am glad the cars slowed...
