7/25 Morgaine AMPS 120,+2 150,+6 139,PMPS 115

Last night at +4 Morgaine went into the green and was 98. At +6 she was 108 so I gave her a snack and we went to bed. This AMPS she was a lovely 120. I think we might see more green today.

Funny how the green made me a little anxious. I know it is the goal but I am fearful of her going too low. So at +2 she was 150 and I will test her again at +6 which is generally when she reaches her nadir. I am hopeful that we have a good dose to hold on to for a while. We shall see. Of course my goal is to keep her in a range where her pancreas can heal. We have been doing insulin for 4 weeks now. Go Morgaine!

Congratulations on Morgaines first double digits! 4 weeks - that's wonderful! :RAHCAT
I remember how excited I was at BKs 1st dds. (it was 6 months for him).

It's good to pay attention when you see a dose showing some action. Just because she has a +6 nadir now, doesn't mean it can't change.

Yes, that is what makes me anxious. I tested her at +4 and +6 last night to be sure she was not heading downward. When I saw the +2 150, today, I felt confident she would be okay even if she dropped 80. As it turns out she was 139 at+6.

Gotta love this kitty as she keeps me guessing and on my toes but continues to not be too dramatic. That is good. I'm not a drama lover. :smile:
