Good morning World! Yesterday
AMPS 292
What an UUGLY AMPS he handed me this morning - NO idea why as I KNOW he didn't get up and eat last night....I was up about every 2 hours with DH. He's had several days of repeated bad attacks, the sudden ones with no previous warning. He sat in the yard for a bit yesterday as he couldn't make it to mailbox and back without starting to get weak. We're going thru potassium like it's water....
Liz - you asked yesterday what 'KT' stands for...technically it's "Mr. KT" - "Missouri/Kansas/Texas" (Railroad), also called the "Katy" line. As a tiny kitten he rode 120 miles trapped in the brake control box of a MKT rail car...he had to catch SOME ride, his home was here! The people that got him out didn't know ANYTHING about cat 'plumbing' - they named him 'Katy'. When we came and got him, I quickly figured out that 'Katy' wasn't quite the correct moniker so he became "Mr. KT". He was already answering to 'Katy'....smart little booger even when he was a bitty bitty baby with a TAIL that waved like a huge fuzzy flag.
I shared a funny yesterday afternoon but several that had already visited missed it so I'll share it here again:
HUGS to all today! Thoughts and prayers for Joe losing Jinx and BIG HUGE YARD DANCE for Maureen who's met a WONDERFUL man!

I was cleaning the back seat of the Torino for the first time, the one the snake skin was behind. It's a 2 door - I had to lean the seat forward and climb in the back. I was being very careful as I neared the crack with huge images of dat snake running thru my head. I pushed down in one place, a little black triangle stuck out. I almost broke my elbow moving so fast! OK...so...brave person climbs back inside again and poke about middle of seat...it appears again but a bit more of it. YIKES! I wasn't quite THAT brave as I exit stage left again. Convince myself it's OK and really look at it - it was the end of a seat belt...![]()
