Really blech day...With the 109 BG at +4 yesterday that pretty much made me think the old vial was still good, so still using.
There were horrible wind/thunderstorms today right before DH tested for +6 so I guess that could have some influence on that number.
He takes last of Cipro tonight, eating good, no increased diabetes signs of excessive thirst or peeing. Could this still be from 109 at +4 yesterday?

He could be a little high from it today, it's hard to say, especially since yesterday was so mysterious really. :? Maybe give it one more day, and if things are still blah go ahead and raise?

When they have infections, it makes it really hard to predict numbers, at least in my experience. I'd not worry too much and just press on. After he's off the ABs a few days you'll know a little more.
