He actually seems to be feeling fine now. after we took him to the vet he was off for a couple of days and hiding under the bed, but he’s been so loving and cuddly since we got back yesterday and hasn’t given any indication that anything is off. It’s just so strange.

I'm glad to hear that he's feeling good! It is just so strange. It'll be very interesting to see what the new insulin does.
 
@Bandit's Mom @tiffmaxee I was just going back over George’s labs and noticed that he was positive for urine crystals. The note just says +2 struvites, but the vet didn’t mention anything about it or out anything in the notes. Do you think this is any cause for concern? I figure they would’ve specifically said something about it if they had thought so.

(ETA - he’s coming back down this evening again, which I’m happy about, but still trying to figure it all out!)
 
I know crystals can lead to a blockage. Did your vet mention the crystals? Max blocked once but they never knew what type of crystals caused that. You dint want that to ever happen. I’d call and ask what they suggest you do if anything. I think it can happen based upon the ph of the urine.

They didn’t mention anything when I talked to them, but I’ll call tomorrow and ask about it.
