Don't want to "jinx" him but I do believe Elian's SS is beginning to look more like how we want it to look? Hope so! I'm kicking myself for getting a night of sleep last night and not testing during the night (Elian doesn't get his shot until 9:30 pm) - he woke up to a 105 which obviously means he was low during the night - I just hope not dangerously low. I believe I got up and opened a can of food for him and his brothers during the night - I do that in my sleep every night! - so I k ow he ate which hopefully helped him. Will be setting an alarm or two for tonight.

Topper gets his shot at 10:30, it's hard to wake up to test. A few times, according to his meter, I guess I've tested in my sleep because I have no memory of it!

You are right about the SS. It does look like Elian's liver might be starting to get with the program. Looks like you might get a chance to stay up late tonight to make up for last night. :lol: He could have just done an all cycle slide last night - Neko does those often. She also has a late nadir sometimes, it's unpredictable. So I've often resorted to food in the middle of the night so I can sleep.

My guys always get food during the night. They free fed on dry their whole lives along with wet food 2xday. Now it's just wet food and they've all slimmed down nicely! But I'm a mom - don't want my babies to ever be hungry!!!

Jan - that's funny!!! I set my alarm thruout the night so I always know when I'm testing. Falling back to sleep is another story.
