Good Morning LL,

WCR Sara seems pretty good. She is still using the bathroom towel though. I will be home today so I am going to take it away to rule out habit. Last time I did that she just went on the floor in that spot. I had wiped the floor off with natures miracle so there should'nt have been any smell left to intice her. She would'nt normally do that. Thats why I think there is an underlining cause for this. Her urine has a funny smell to me. She is going to the vets on tuesday for a recheck of bloodwork.

WBR I am cat sitting Toby and Wiggles again for Dawn this weekend. They are purrfect guests. She watches Sara for me next weekend.

Have a nice saturday.

Jan, thats so strange about Sara going on the towel. If you move the litterbox in that spot would she go in it. Maybe she has a uti, Im sure they'll check at the vet. Are all her other P's in place. Thats nice that you can share cat sitting.

Nice amps for Sara something else you can try since I have often found Natures miracle not to be the best for getting rid of urine this is just been my cat breeder experience need to get rid of intact male urine which is sooo potent anyway I buy urine off and LOVE it best product out there (that I have found so far anyway) for cat pee. Hope that situation improves soon for you :YMHUG: cat_pet_icon

Re: 7/24 Sara PMPS~145

Thanks Lisa for the tip of the urine off. I'll have to get some. I don't actually smell it on the floor but I wipe it off anyway. You know we don't have noses like these kitties do. :-D I use a peepad and than a towel folded in half so clean up is really easy.

Janice, I can't put a LB there because its right in front of the bathtub. I do have one in another room on the same floor and sometimes she uses it. I just can't wait to get to the bottom of this. She did have a UTI [ecoli] in the begining of this but the last bloodtest showed no bacteria. You know what those UTI's are all about.

Have a good night.

Well I certainly wish you the best this week with her vet trip in case there is something going on there again, and yeah I can clean up stuff too and then have a cat come along and do the open mouth Mom I found a stink spot you need to clean up and I will smell the spot and most of the time I smell nothing I clean it anyway ;-) I came across urine off in my efforts to find something to clean up boy pee which is so hard to get rid of and its really great and has such a nice fresh smell to it I order it from amazon.

Re: 7/24 Sara PM+4~78

I'm definitely going to check that out Lisa. We need good tools. I can imagine the unneutered male smell. And I thought Sara's was bad. As soon as I walk in the house I know. :-| I can imagine what you've come across.

I hope you and your vet can figure out what is going on with Sara's new peeing habit.

Glad to learn about Urine Off... just in case. I use Zero Odor and really like that for smells, but to be honest I haven't had a pee issue with my kitties so I don't know if it can compare to what Lisa uses.

Good luck on Tuesday.

Hi Jan. Nice numbers for Sara. As always.
I hope you get this peeing in the wrong place issue resolved, soon. Good luck.
