Hi Again Everyone, After a slightly damp start, it turned into a beautiful day--the first really nice day of the week. The lake we had chosen for our paddle was too windy for some of the group, so after about 2 miles we packed up everything and moved the venue to the Bog River Flow. A great idea and it was a beautiful paddle. But we got back late, missed the "happy hour", and wolfed down dinner in time to get home to give Stu his test and shot.
Stu is fine. Happy to see us. Happy that his friends visited today and that everyone learned how to make souffles. They munched on the salmon canapes Moonie brought along and did some surfing (but I don't know what colors they surfed--don't want to know!!)
Now I'm bushed and think I'll just sit down and watch the Tour recap.
Everyone have a good evening. I hope that all the kitties in LL are OK. Maybe later I'll get a little energy and visit a few condos, but that might have to wait until tomorrow!

Purrcie brought home all kinds of left overs from the party. He said the tuna souffle was the best he's ever had and he maybe ate too much, and got the hiccups! HA HA! He loved meeting the new kitties Emma and Checkers and sharing tails with the rest of the crew. A great day he said.

Sounds like the paddling was a blast. Did you get pictures? Are your arms tired?

Sounds like an awesome day Ella! Absolutely very nice! but bummer on the happy hour and wolfing down dinner. been there done that - brings back memories. :-D

Mannie had blast today - he too brought home leftovers for the civvies here - they were more than grateful! Mannie said camp was packed there were so many kitties there.

I hope you enjoyed watching the tour recap! I just loved the sheep - what fun! Looks like one actually wanted to take a few of them on for a bit. :lol: have a nice relaxing evening!
