Yesterday's Condo

Hello everybody and good morning!

Stella has come a long way in the past two weeks from a 535 reading. :-D Last night she tried to get her adopted sister Boo to play with her, but alas...Boo would not play! It was really nice to see Stella jump onto her carpeted tunnel (whatever those pieces of feline furniture are called). I hadn't seen her perch up in her tunnel in at least a couple of months. Her back legs were not strong enough to get her up and down. Also, although Stella is a very sweet cat, like humans, she can bite. Not in a mean way, when she plays her instincts kick in and she takes a bite out of you as you are petting her. You squeal, and she tries her darndest not to bite you as hard the next time (because it is not her intention to hurt you) Stella and Boo play like that, so she figures she can play with me like that too) Anyway...what I am saying is she is now energetic enough to play with me too. She also has enough energy to consistently groom herself again. All of these things seem so wonderful to me...I told my brother it is like watching a toddler grow up. :-D

That's a better # than yesterday's AMPS #. :) Go, Stella! :)

It's always nice to hear that they start to get back to their former selves (or close to it) since their diagnosis. Good job! :-D

Hi guys .. what a wonderful report to read on stella .. it's always so encouraging when kitties start showing their old ways and show off their kitten side .. have a great day guys!

So wonderful to see them come back to pre-DX ways, (even the biting) :-D

Thanks for the encouragement everybody! Yes, it had been sooo long since she did the 'play bite' I had nearly forgotten she had even done it. :o
