Shakes is getting some great cycles recently! I remember when he was kind of stuck like some of the rest of us....I am so happy for you!

My advice on the new vial would be, begin the new vial on one of your higher preshots and to reduce .2 off of what you would have shot with the old vial. Perfect world....start it on a cycle during the weekend when you will be able to test throughout.....and pour a glass of wine!

Looking good Shakes!!!

Thanks Kim!
I was thinking of starting this weekend, but did not consider the wine...great suggestion.thanks!
and I will reduce slightly and see what happens
have a great day!

Glad Shakes is doing well!

BTW, when talking to my old vet's partner yesterday, I mentioned that some people here feel that their ProZinc vials lose some of its potency after a while, and she disagreed. She says we aren't rolling in between our hands and blending it well enough. Once she said that, I don't think I understood another word she said! She had one old vial of PZI Vet in the office, well past the expiration date and not refrigerated.

If I start this weekend, I will start at the same dose if I am going to be around to test
so maybe we can see if something different happens on the new vile....
I know it happened to Kim...

Yikes! What's she thinking?? I hope she doesn't use that on anyone's cat!

Well except for the expired date and not being refrigerated......she was right about gently rolling it to mix it.

I put a towel on the counter and put the vial on the towel and slowely roll my hand over it back and forth about 6 times. My vial lasted for almost a full year.
