Good Caturday Morning, Everyone,

It's another cool, beautiful morning here. Just perfect for cleaning the house!! But it has to get done today. Rusty had a good night, sleeping between his beans. He woke us up at dawn and then ate the rest of his nighttime food. This morning's routine went well and he is now napping in his basket (thanks to his fostermom, Claudia, he now has two baskets and he takes naps in them both). The back steps are now dry, so we don't have to worry about Rusty getting green stain on his paws.
This morning we will do our Saturday walk to the farmers' market and this afternoon will clean up our boats and get them ready for Canoe Outing. My sister arrives tomorrow and on Monday we will all go to Paul Smiths College for the canoeing week. As usual, I will be helping with registration.

Congrats to Barb and Daphne: Daphne is OTJ today! Wishing Leo and Grayson speedy recoveries from their SRT treatment. Sending healing vines to all beans and kitties in need of some,

enjoy the walk to the farmers market, Sounds like fun to me. Good things to be had there I am sure.

Sounds like a busy week coming up. Very nice too that your sister is coming. Are you doing any of the paddles? I think I remember that you have in the past. FUN!

Rusty - good job on that amps. You need to come and give Mannie a refresher course.... I think it is great that you use both baskets. And good job staying away from the steps - we can't have a rusty with green stain on his paws...

Hi Ella, the break with cooler temps sounds nice for all of you after the heat spell. Nice AMPS and cute with Rusty sleeping in the baskets. Maggie has three fav sleeping campouts. Enjoy the Farmer's Market and walk. I forgot to mention yesterday that the small can and large can I bought at Petco per the Wellness dilemma and condo discussions were the mushy texture and darker color. You can probably get the foods made in Canada in your area, but I can only find them online which is fine, as it's so convenient and easy ordering online. Have a great day.

We had a nice day and got everything done. Rusty spent some good outdoor time. Tonight we are going to chill out and watch "To Have and Have Not" on Turner Classic Movies. It's one of my favorite movies (I'm a huge Bogart fan).
