Happy Caturday!

I was up most of the night so pretty exhausted today. Racci was green for part of the night but not extra low that I know of. When I finally went to sleep though I kept waking PMPup every hour. I finally just gave up trying to sleep at about 7 so guess I'll nap after Racci's next test. It's another rainy gray day so the perfect day for a nap.

Racci was very hungry this morning and ate several times. Her AMPS is probably a food #. I'm hoping Racci will show me some green today. Well, talk to you later. I'm going to test her soon and need to get ready.

I hope all kitties are well today.

Hi Melanie, hope you get some rest. I did a btd with Mags after I was up too early. Now I need to get busy and do some stuff here that I don't enjoy, cleaning!! Ugh! It's a nice blue for Racci, and lots of room for her to come down. Thanks for visiting us yesterday and your helpful advice. I didn't realize how much you had to syringe heRacci. I took a look at your sweet girl's profile, and I love the way she communicates with you. Mags is quite a talker, too. Racci has been thru a lot and so lucky to have found you.

Racci has such strange results from reductions until she gets settled and used to them and/or I shave or add enough to get the amount perfect for her. Yesterday was a typical reaction. Blue day, then a yellow PMPS, then a huge dive to green and green all night! I don't know what to expect from her. I am tired, thanks! Still waiting for that nap. :lol: I hope you're having a great day too. Thanks for visiting!

Hi Ann,
Poor Racci has always had health issues on top of being a klutz so yes she has been through a lot. She's also very innocent and naive & lucky tho. She's one of the few cats that got to stay with her cat mom and her original human mom so she's not aware of the things most cats go through since she didn't lose her mom until recently and never lost her human mom. She's always been my best little friend. She sits right next to me and follows me around and looks me right in the eye to talk to me either with just her lips & no sound (which is adorable) or with sound quietly. When she yells I know something is wrong or she really needs me for a poop or food or she got hurt or something. Its great that she lets me know what the problem is. If I ask if she's hungry and she is, she bites down with her teeth a couple of times and then licks her lips, so funny!
I've heard that Maggie is quite the talker! I'd love to hear more about how she communicates too. Is it in her profile?
Actually I think Calli gave me the best present in the world when she got pregnant with Racci, rather than the other way. :lol: She's brought me joy all her life.

Hi Melanie,
Thanks for telling me Racci's heartwarming story of how she communicates with you. The two of you are really bonded. I'll have to tell you Maggie's story sometime. Maggie asks to be brushed by sitting up in my bed and chattering/meowing until I come in and brush her. I think both Racci and Maggie get what then need and want with us, as well as a lot of love back and forth. Have a good night.

Melaine, thanks for sharing the story of you & Racci. It is so touching how Racci tried to communicate with you & your reaching out to understand her language. I think when the bonding is so tight, we know what is their thinking. Peopel who dont have pets will never understand this.

Nice blue curve Racci! Maybe some green in the PM cycle?
