Yesterday's bounce inducing drop and slide. At least I know she can get to the 70's on this dose.

Bean is in the ferry line up, going to see the parents. Neko is in the solarium and I asked her to be good for DH. She started out good with a hole in one gelcap. And we had some good scritches before I left.

It's going to be a hot one today. Neko was taking in the breezes (open screens) with her belly to the sun. What a life!

Even better, it's a shaved nekid pink belly.

Neko was good, though a little high blue. Bean came home with blackberries and a box of transparent apples. I got to put my DF through his paces and figured out what exercises he needs to work on. He's still using the walker after his hip fracture, though can walk short distances without.

@Anne & Hyde (GA) Liz - Yellow transparent apples are the first apples to ripen around here. They are a heritage apple and the trees these apples come from are close to 100 years old. The apples make awesome apple sauce and also really good for pies. But they don't store well, so gotta get cracking!

I think your dad's recovery has been pretty good - it's hard to motivate yourself to do exercises sometimes!

Okay, I confess that when I first read this I thought there was a hole in the gelcap and could not figure out how this could be good. I'm slow, but I eventually got it.

Looks like a flat blue day to me. Not too shabby. I'm glad your DF is doing well, and I hope you can motivate him to exercise more.
