7/21 Mr Grey one fur shot 4 days ago- big set back

[Rick & Mr. Grey]

Ever since Mr Grey's fur shot 4 days ago his BGL took a hit and he went from surfing the blue wave to red and now yellow. It's obvious that he is so VERY insulin dependant at this juncture. In the past he held steady even with a fur shot but now his #'s shoot way up. Any advice from looking at his SS much appreciated !

Hi Rick, I don't have any advise to give. I am just wondering, does Mr. Grey eat a different type of food then he did in the past? Do you feed him at different times of the day, then you did in the past? I am guessing, but as long as everything else checks out health-wise for Mr. Grey, maybe there is some other repeated habit that got broken besides the one fur shot?

Rick, I'd advice a little more patience. It can take 6 cycles for the depot to refill after a fur shot. Three cycles after the fur shot you increased, which could have caused New Dose Wonkiness and higher numbers. With the blue nadirs he's getting, I'd wait 6 cycles before increasing.
