Good morning!!!

Yesterday's

7/20 AMPS=133; +2=88; +3.5=81; +5=90; +9=83; +11.25=72
7/20 PMPS=79; +1=85; +2=61; +3=67; +4=103; +5.5=131

7/21 AMPS=153; +2=115; +5=99; +8=115
7/21 PMPS=103; +1=104; +2.25=83; +3.25=77; +4=86

I woke up to the sound of Lucy puking this morning.
It was mostly liquid with some melted food.
We had a bit of wrestling trying to get the Pepcid in, but she finally got it.
She wanted to eat right away, but I wanted 30 minute after the Pepcid.
She is now eating her 1st breakfast by herself.
I'm so glad she is feeling OK and eating despite the puking :-D

Her AMPS is a little higher than yesterday's, but that's OK.
She did really good yesterday, and maybe I can slow down on ear poking today.
Also today is the sub-q fluids day (yesterday was actually), so I don't want her to be too low.

I'm going back to bed for a bit.
Hope everyone's having a great day today!

Re: 7/21 Lucy APMS=153;+2=115;+5=99

I thought I forgot to test +2.
I remember getting up and giving her the 3rd breakfast, but didn't remember testing.
But I found +2 result in the meter.
I must have become really good at testing to be able to do it half asleep!

Re: 7/21 Lucy APMS=153;+2=115;+5=99

Nice cycle for Lucy today. I hope her tummy is better. I sometimes wrestle with getting the Pepcid in Mags also. It's such a tiny pill but easy for her to hide it in her mouth and then spit it out later. Glad she is eating okay.

Sorry about the pukus. I'm glad Lucy ate well despite the pukus. She's looking good today.

Re: 7/21 Lucy APMS=153;+2=115;+5=99

Sorry she was puking this morning. Good that she kept her 3 breakfasts down though. Sounds like the Pepcid might have helped with some of the acid indigestion. :-D

Sleep testing!   Yes, I think we've all done that at one time or another. You must have really needed your sleep to forget about doing that +2. Hope you are feeling more rested this evening.

Re: 7/21 Lucy APMS=153;+2=115;+5=99;+8=115

I was going to vacuum and wash the floor now, but the apartment manager just told me that some guys are coming tomorrow to replace the kitchen floor and install a dishwasher (which I never wanted), so I've decided to skip the cleaning today since these people will come in to my apartment with their shoes on tomorrow.
They've been doing this "kitchen renovation" since December last year!!! :-x :-x :-x
Hopefully they will come in the morning, and I can stay at home to make sure the cats are OK.
I'm going to have a little nap with Lucy until the PMPS time.........

Re: 7/21 Lucy APMS=153;+2=115;+5=99;+8=115

Hi guys,
I hope that there will be no more pukus and that the kitchen renovation will go smoothly. Dishwashers are good places to store things you only use occasionally. We have friends who live in a tiny apartment and the dishwasher-as-cupboard is a life-saver for them.

Have a good evening,

Ella & Rusty

I'm glad Lucy is feeling fine after this morning's pukus. Nice numbers for today, too!! Too funny about that +2 test. Yes, we beans seem to turn into zombies. Good luck with the kitchen fun tomorrow!

Re: 7/21 Lucy PMPS=103

Lucy ate her 1st dinner by herself! :-D :-D
She must be feeling good.

Using a dishwasher as a storage is a good idea!
I'll keep my pans and pots there.

Re: 7/21 Lucy PMPS=103

Hi Mariko!

Very nice numbers for Lucy! I have never sleep tested (maybe I have and I don't remember!!), but that is probably because Cleo never slept with me.

So glad Lucy ate her first dinner by herself :-D Sounds like the Pepcid really helps! Have a good night, and good luck with the repair people tomorrow. Glad you can be home for it.

Jane

I'm glad she feeling better and eating.

That's odd to not tell you ahead of time about the kitchen. I hope you like all the re stuff.
