Yesterday's Condo

I haven't a clue what Gabby has in mind. (Well, I kinda do since it's looking like it may be a flat yellow cycle.)

The weather here is Saharan -- it's 87 degrees at 8:00 AM. They are predicting "oppressive" heat -- heat index of at least 110 by early afternoon. You know it's bad when the news is telling people to stay indoors due to the poor air quality associated with the heat.

If I didn't have to go to work, I'd stay home with the kitties and make myself a tropical drink!

Good morning!! Gabby is feeling very yellow today, but that is aok for a hot steamy day! :lol:

Oppressive in the weather report is never a good sign. It is 105 again here today, but only 45% humidity. Stay in where it is cool and get yourself a fruit smoothie and pretend it has something adult like in it. It will make your time go faster.

when will this heat break? We have a weather advisory in place, no one is supposed to go outside. I just hope we don't get any power outages due to the surge.

Gizmo has been a brat all evening. He is either chasing Gabby or cornering her. There has been a fair amount of hissing and yelling going on. Gabby finally got sufficiently pissed that she knocked Gizmo over and nipped his belly. That was after Gizmo tackled her.

I think Gizmo has too much energy. He was playing pop goes the kitten out of the top of the cubes. What a silly kitten!
