Hello everyone!!

Billie is coming down nicely today! She saw some green last night, but then bounced up this morning. I have a call out to her vet to ask about the fatty thickness I am feeling in her scruff. I can bring her in tomorrow or Wednesday if she wants to check it out. It also occurred to me that I could be noticing a change as she is building up fat and muscle again...she was very bony in that area when she was diagnosed, but she has been gaining weight back, so it could be normal. We'll see!

i'll be curious to hear what the vet says. our dog had lumps that were just fatty tumors and harmless, but i haven't heard of cats getting them.

Billie does have one fatty tumor on her shoulder. I had it tested maybe a year ago, and it just came back as a lipoma. I guess they're less common in cats than dogs, but cats still get them. Maybe she is prone to them. I'm still waiting to hear back from the vet. We'll see!
