? 7/20 TiTi raided the kibble

Major kibble raid last evening around 9pm. Sigh. I was carrying my Rory into the bedroom for his feeding, and was worried and distracted, so I did not see my black ninja escape into kibble land. Did not discover the escape until an hour later. When I checked the 7 kibble bowls, I found them completely empty. Granted, I had not filled them with their night supply, but still, she cleaned every crumb. So she's almost pink this morning.

???Does anyone know how long it will take to clear the kibble from TiTi's system???

Little sneaky kitty! Did you mean yellow or enter the wrong number? I've just heard about seeing effects of dry food after about an hour so hopefully it's working it's way out now

Ah, thanks. I was fearing pink, so my mind bollixed the numbers. She was veering into Yellow, not pink.
I think it takes 2 or 3 days, but I just can't remember for sure. Hence the ?.

I'm looking because I'm thinking it's more like 12 hours. Also based on other kitties who've gotten into dry food contraband, cat or dog kibble . Seemed to only really effect them for one cycle.

Naughty Titi! It took Neko about 24 hours to completely clear bread from her system - she went black from it. Fear not the temporary pink. It's spending long time there you don't want.

With Jones it seems around the 25-36 hr mark to clear any high carb intake from food.

I'm looking because I'm thinking it's more like 12 hours. Also based on other kitties who've gotten into dry food contraband, cat or dog kibble . Seemed to only really effect them for one cycle.

Naughty Titi! It took Neko about 24 hours to completely clear bread from her system - she went black from it. Fear not the temporary pink. It's spending long time there you don't want.

Whew. Well I'm testing her pretty soon, hope her number are ok, but I won't worry anymore. I thought it was days.

Thank you. Rory ate a bit on his own and drank a ton of water. First time since last Saturday. He likes the syringed food a lot. I'm feeding him that incredibly expensive, very soft and very high calorie food you buy at the vets. Fortunately I have a few cans on hand. Here he is in happier times,
