Flat pink day yesterday so upped dose to 2.5 last night. This morning nice blue start with , so far, slow slide. This dose has worked well before so I'm hoping this time around he slides slowly vs diving dramatically.

BEBT, zoomy and vocal because he thought I was late this morning, am slowly moving up his shot time because next week cat sitter will be shooting him at 7am/7pm instead of the 6am/6pm he's on regularly. It will actually work well because he's so used to the 6/6 schedule that he's going to be hanging around and hungry when she gets here so will make it easy for her to find all of the cats and feed them!

hope everyone has a good friday. Pouring with rain here today, but it's warm and I guess the garden needs it. not sure what the forecast is for the weekend.

well, Yay on the green, but grrrr on the wicked slide to get there.... he's having another snack right now..... guess he's gonna get back on that trampoline! I'm off to work shortly but I'll be back and forthing it today methinks! what is it about Fridays and Rupert???
meanwhile, Wilf is owly this morning - which is a good sign, we only call the vet when he's being 'nice'! eating well and seems fine, just hoping the new diet will improve his weight a little. Haven't told hubby yet, but will this weekend, although the diagnosis isn't really confirmed, it's more of an educated guess and given that Wilf has been a medical mystery his entire life who knows, maybe it is something else.

hm, green was shortlived.... and I presume a bounce in progress. grrr. still.. greens and blues is okay. hope he doesn't start showing off his bouncing skills again... a little bounce is okay Rupie......hold it down there!

thanx Barb. Rupie just into the pink for PMPS, hoping we caught the bounce and turned it around before he rockets up too hgh but I guess the +2 will tell the tale!

Very nice day for Rupie......pretty!!! We won't talk about the PMPS cuz it just doesn't matter and he'll come back down.

Have a great night!

Re: 7/20 Rupert PMPS 307 +1.5 304

thanx Marjorie... +2 and not much movement.. BUT I'll take that as a bit of a success.... at least he didn't continue skyward and if he DID manage to turn around and come DOWN from this for his +4 I'd be really happy. My goal at the moment isn't so much about greens, but just lowering the high bounce numbers! fingers crossed he's turning around... he should be having a bit of a food spike right now anyway sooooo.. maybe??....... shhhhhhhhhh!

Re: 7/20 Rupert PMPS 307 +1.5 304 +3.5 244

well, yay, looks like we may have caught the bounce and turned it around? niceyellow for +3.5 and not too dramatic a dive to get there...hoping he surfs some blues later tonight.... I think this 2.5 dose is probably going to be too much for him fairly soon, it has in the past, but this time I was hoping to reduce much more slowly. unfortunately we'll be doing a reduction on Weds night because we'll be away.... it would be great if he earned it, although whatever dose he's at on tuesday we'll probably reduce by at least .25 maybe .5 for when we are away (first time for cat sitter and I don't want her to have to give a .25 dose because it's just too tricky to measure)... anyway... I think we are making very slow progress. the lack of bounce (so far) off the green today is a nice sign. of course he may just throw a monstrous red at me for tomorrow morning to prove me wrong... yet again!!! hope everyone has a great Friday evening.

Shhh, don't jinx it, Pip! No talking of unpretty morning reds! Rupert has done well getting into the green and holding off on the huge bounce. I'd say that's progress - well done! Fingers crossed that it continues, slowly but surely. Slow and steady, and whatnot.

Happy Caturday!
Jane
