Yesterday was a furshot recovery/2 cycle slide day, ending in some gravy to abort the cycle.
7/19 Recap:
AMPS 353 +5 259 +9.5 175
PMPS 159 +3 109 +4.5 72  +5.5 71
We got up an hour early this morning, as DH is competing in a regatta today. Both cats were very affectionate/purring and I got leg rubs from Neko!
I love leg rubs, Neko seldom gives them and when she does, gives them to DH, even if I'm the one preparing the food. Theo hasn't learned to do leg rubs so I treasure the few I get from Neko. But then I had to delay the cats until PS time, so I hid in the shower.
Today I'm back and forth to the regatta which takes about 25 minutes including a trail walk of 5 minutes. The first time I went I was so happy for automation. I set up the autofeeder and sprinkler timer, then off I went. I saw DH's first race (a singles heat) and he made the finals! Not because he's fast, but because he's old.  Actually his heat had faster times but rowing gives penalties/bonuses to times based on age. So another rower from our club who finished second in his heat but is a 7 year younger whipper snapper, didn't make the final. Too strange, but that's the way the sport works!
Neko has given me a permission slip to go watch the final and a few more races (and deliver DH his much needed
) and then I'll be back home for a late afternoon test/snack then back to the regatta for 2 more finals and then back home for PMPS, then off to a post regatta dinner. Yikes! Might not be on board much today. Have a great Caturday everyone!
