Myrtles numbers are a bit all over the place and today's PMPs is low. Only on 0.5 units of Lantus or less - makes me wary of shooting in the lower numbers.....
 
Nice PMPS, but I can see why you're nervous to shoot with her clearing the bounce. If you get a number like that and you are able to monitor, you may want to try shooting next time. Sometimes they keep going down, but sometimes they don't. Don't feel bad if you have to skip to keep her safe if you can't monitor.

Agree with Carla, that’s a shootable number if ur able to monitor
