Today is day number 201 but our spreadsheet only goes up to 200. I'm on my phone and don't know how to add more days. Any suggestions?

At the very end of the SS, there should be a button you can click on that says "ADD". To the right of it is a default number of 20. You can increase or decrease that number to the number of rows you want to add to the bottom of your SS.
Once you have the number of rows you want to add in that white box, click on the "ADD" and that many rows will be added to your SS.
Not sure if it will work on your phone.

Thanks you! I'll have to go on my laptop and do it. I didn't realize it stops at 200. Also can't believe it's been 200 days already. I'm liking that :mrgreen: today, too!!!! Hoping to see more of them.

If you do what Deb suggested, you'll need to format all of the new section in order to retain the color coding. Instead, click on a block of rows (i.e, highlight several lines to form a block).Then go to the "Insert" command on the top menu bar. You want to insert however many rows you blocked, below. That will add formated rows at the end of your SS.

Wow - easier than ever! Just went onto my laptop and at the bottom of the page it says ADD (however many number) of rows. I put in 200 and voila! That was it! All of the headings are still there. Woohoo! Now I can update the awesome day E had today.

There is a way to copy the formatting from the previous rows. Forgot how to do it though. Brain is a little slow tonight. Check over in the Tech Support forum. I think someone else had this problem in the last day or two.

I'm not sure if you can copy formatting. If you click on the paintbucket icon at the top of your SS, you'll see at the bottom there's a "conditional formatting" option. If you click on that, you'll be able to set up the formatting based on the rule there. I think if you go to the section of Elian's SS that's already formatted, you should be able to see the rules for formatting.
