Looks like Deputies Harvey and China spent the day with each other!! Thanks for keeping China out of trouble while mama was out, Harvey!!

I'm not sure how much of the AM dose got in though....when I pushed the plunger, it felt like it was empty, but I guess from her numbers, she got "enough"!

The drive to pain clinic today did exactly what I was afraid of and really set off this stupid shoulder again, so I'm back to resting, heating pad/icing and rubbing as much of the arnica gel as I can get on it. Guess I'm going to have to see about getting into the doctor. At this point, I'm thinking maybe a shot of steroid might be needed to reduce the inflammation and calm it down some.

Guess I'm going to have to see about getting into the doctor. At this point, I'm thinking maybe a shot of steroid might be needed to reduce the inflammation and calm it down some.

Make sure the shot is in exactly the right spot. I had 2 injections in each shoulder a month apart and all of them missed. Not something that can easily be redone.Ended up with frozen shoulder which turned out to be a blessing in disguise - it made the shoulder rest and heal. Just as one shoulder healed, the other one went.
