Good morning LL. MamaLizBean will be home tonight. dancing_cat We are all very excited to have the family together again! :YMHUG:

Zener is having a sort of rerun from a few days ago when he had two poos in the litter box overnight (small, formed) then a pudding poo. This time the pudding poo was outside and not on Liz's bathroom rug. :shock: There was also a small hairball with bits of food in it. He has been spending more time in his man cave, one of his hidey places but it's also a cool spot and we've been hot lately. Water consumption and peeing amount is about the same. So, not quite sure what may be going on. We were just at the vet a week ago for the anal gland expression so I hate to drag the poor guy in again. I'll email our vet and get her thoughts and see about a visit later this week after Liz gets home. BIC (for one more day) and kitties are going BTB. ;-)

Sending healing vines to all our kitties in need, and cool thoughts to all in the summer climates.

Yay for mamabean coming home! I bet you will all be glad to see her. Sorry the big guy isn't feeling too well. I hope your vet has some great insight and you can avoid the dreaded trip to see them. Have a great day Anne!

Morning Anne, that is great with LizBean coming home tonight and the family together. Sorry to hear about the poo situation again with Zener. I wonder what's up with it? I hope the Vet can offer some insight on it. Sending Zener some vines today. I also hope the Poop Fairy didn't get lost again! :lol: as she skipped Maggie's house.
Is his appy okay?

YAY Mama bean is coming home! :cool:

I hope all is well with Zener, and the LB thing. Perhaps the poo fairy has been working overtime there, as she seems to have skipped Maggie's house. Maybe it's just the fuds? Sometimes Elsa will do that too, then it stops just as quickly as it started. I dunno, hopefully your vet will have some insight.

Hi Anne. Looks like Zener wats to surf the blue zone. Sorry to read about Zener's poo problems so soon after his vet visit. Hopefully the vet will return your call and you can come up with a course of action.

Glad Liz will be home and Zener will have all of his beans in one basket.

I'm sorry Zener isn't feeling well. I hope he starts feeling better and you don't have to take him back to the vet. I hope Liz had a safe trip home.

A stinky pinky start to the PM cycle, but no more poo issues during the day and appy is happy. MamaLizBean has landed in Phoenix and will be home on the shuttle around 10pm MST. Woo hooooooo!

Thanks to all for visiting today. I'm sorry I haven't had time to reply. I had several errands to run, and haven't had time to catch up on condos either. Hopefully tonight, while waiting to pick up Liz! It sure will be nice to have Team Zener back together! No email back from our vet but I made an appointment for Friday morning anyway. I forgot it was a holiday week, so thought it was better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. He seems to be feeling better this evening now that things have cooled off dramatically. Zener hopped up in my office chair, something he hasn't done in a long time, and proceeded to have a nice long claw sharpening spree on the back of my chair. I can always get another chair. :lol:

We had thunderstorms and hail, oh my. And some fast and heavy rain, 1-2" in about 30 minutes in parts of town and there is quite a bit of street flooding. We only had 0.6 inches in the rain gauge at our house, the first real measurable precipitation in months. :razz: Temps dropped to 60F from 88F in about 15 minutes and the ground was covered with so much hail, it made fog.

Zener - that's no way to greet MommaLizBean. Do you think you can make down to blues in a few hours for when she comes home?

Paws crossed his feeling not 100% were to do with the weather. Which seems to have been rather dramatic about changing! Thank goodness for rain for you. Hope the hail wasn't scary for the furry ones.

@Wendy - his numbers may be blech, but his appy is happy, so that's a nice welcome home! If this follows similar cycles, he may get to blue tomorrow. Time will tell. Thanks for the paws crossed. We hope it's just weather/heat related. The temperatures dropped dramatically after our storm, and he is feeling much better in the cool evening. We had some great rain. I don't know if it was scary for the kitties. I was trying to get home during the hail storm and by the time I get home, it was over. The kitties seemed pretty chilled out when I got home. I don't think we got quite as much as some areas of town.

All the beans are in one basket, no numbers drama rama, so ni ni LL. I-)

Yay for mamaLizbean being home. Yay for rain. Yay for temps dropping. Boo on hail. Boo on pudding poo. Yay on amps; boo on pmps, but I see the slide started. Keep coming on down, Zener and feel better. Sleep well, Liz, Anne, Zener & Tillie.
