I clicked on Mikey's SS thinking that it was his AMPS this morning, only to find out that I clicked on the wrong kitty's SS, and found Tidus' underneath. Would you mind putting Tidus' name after the date, please, so that those with experienced eyes can see who's AMPS this is, and click on the appropriate SS? :-D That's getting closer to the blues, for sure! Hoping that he'll continue to come down for you very soon. You're both doing a great job! :-D

I need to give tidus B12 injection. Any suggestions on where or when to give in relation to insulin shot time? He is getting .25units once a week for one month then every other week then once a month

That's the same instructions I got for dosing for Shadoe, but I stuck with once a week as it's not a harm, and it has many other benefits for cats, especially older ones.

I just gave the shots in the scruff, but if you are fluids, you can also give the B12 via the fluids tubing.

As for when, I just got the B12 vial on a Thursday, so I went with that day of the week at the start of the day so it as done and out of the way. I don't think it matters in relation to giving the insulin shots.

Nicer numbers today. The AMPS is down just a titch.

I thought I was going to start the B12 today but it will have to be tomorrow.

I added to the SS, I have my ex step daughter here for 3 weeks and boy does it throw me off schedule.
