Good Monday Morning, Everyone, Happy Canada Day (observed)!

We are about to head out on the Monday Paddle (which we are leading today). Rusty will hold the fort. It looks like he is clearing his bounce and hopefully he won't decide to dive while we are out (we'll be back before +9). He will have appropriate food in his automat. This morning we had a good test, breakfast (Wellness Turkey), and a good shot (new dose: skinny 1.5 units). At the moment he is napping in the cube on my porch (upstairs!!!). It's amazing how all of a sudden he has decided that upstairs is OK during the daytime.

Our paddle today will be on a series of ponds with a lovely creek to glide down and 2 carries (portages). We will have lunch at an informal campsite, if no one is camped on it. The weather report is good: mostly sun with possible showers, but not until the late afternoon.

Wishing everyone a good day. Back this afternoon,

Ella & Rusty

Morning Ella, and all!

Good decent safe stat for Rusty. Be good there Rusty, no diving while your beans are away. How great it is that he has decided that upstairs is ok. Cats can be so funny sometimes.

Enjoy your paddle today - it sounds like a fun one. Very col that you will have good weather. I hope you will be able to have lunch at the campsite. :-D HAVE FUN!

Hi again,
We had a great paddle. It was a beautiful summer day: temps in the low 70s, lots of sunshine and white, fluffy clouds, some pretty stiff winds, but nothing to worry about. Tonight we had a downpour with thunder and lightening. Glad we were not on the water during it!

Rusty had eaten all of the food in his automat and his second sitting of breakfast and enjoyed an hour outdoors after we got home. I think he is clearing his bounce nicely. I hope by tomorrow we'll be able to judge how the skinny 1.5 units is working for him.

Off to visit condos,

Everyone enjoy the evening, and keep cool all of you who are suffering in the heat wave(s).

Ella & Rusty

Hey Ella

I saw your comment last night that you didn't get the 1/2 unit marking Terumo syringes. The ADW site is not so user friendly for the Terumo syringes. Here is the link:

Terumo 31g, 1/2 unit marking syringes

Have you checked them out yet in regard to your MJs to try and switch? MJ/Donny is sending me a couple micropipettes so I can try and translate the dose and not fool any longer with that hub issue. I saw what you put
on our condo today and I agree....and I think that's why Gracie's numbers have gone to pot. Makes me so angry. Anyway...I'm going to try the Terumos again and see if I can figure out a way to change her dose to them.
I'll keep you posted. I just ordered them.

Hope your paddle day was fab. Tobes sends big love and hugs.

Looking good so far for the new dose. :thumbup

Sounds like a lovely paddle today and rain after every one is safely home. Perfect! I do so miss summer thunderstorms!

Hi Ella, It's still nice blues for Rusty today and nice with the PMPS, too! Glad you had a nice paddle and the weather held out okay. Good luck with the new syringes. They sure are a challenge.
Sounds like a lovely day, and Mags is looking forward to visiting Rusty and seeing some squirrels.
