Morning! Maggie didn't wake me up this morning, and when I went to wake her up on the recliner footstool, she didn't purr and just went back to sleep. So I got worried and tested, and all is well. She was bluffing! It's the weekend, and she just wanted to sleep in, I guess. She's back to playing with a new ball I bought her, just a little ball with a jingle in it. No lb yet, but all other P's are in place. She had two mini breffifs, a nap, and now just got up and plopped down on her side resting from the nap! Hope everyone has a nice weekend. I'm taking a friend to breakfast a little later. If you could put in some positive thoughts for her to the heavens, I would be grateful, as she just just got laid off from her job. Thanks and off to read some condos and maybe take an early short walk before it gets too hot! and

Nice start for Maggie! Hope you're able to get out and enjoy your walk... shaping up to be a hot one here as well! Glad to know I'm not the only one with the 1 drop/2 drop dilemma! I'm glad I have a week off to see how he does... I suspect once I retuurn we'll be taking the more conservative approach as well!

I am sorry for your friend. I hope she will be able to find another soon. It is tough. Enjoy your breffis and your time together.

I hate it when they bluff...ya know....you get all panicky inside thinking something is wrong.....nope...Just being a cat. Silly kitty.

Hi Christie, I did get my walk in before the sun broke thru and it got too hot!. Yes, for now it's one drop til I see how she does on it.

Hi Michelle, I hate, too when they bluff. I haven't been checking her as often now since she's fairly stable, so I got worried when she did budge from the chair. Thanks, we had a nice time and breakfast. She has some applications in and one lead, so hopefully it won't be too long.
Mannie, can't wait for the beach, I'll be waiting for you to picks me up.

Celi, the pic is so cute - Maggie Manx loves pink and has a pink collar if I could ever get it on her w/out getting her mouth stuck in it! She fights and fights until she gets it off!

FLAT! omg... I wonder if this means the same thing they say about flat yellows: action to come!

It is good to rad that your friend has some leads, I hope one pans out for her, never ever fun to be laid off.

Hi Michelle, I don't think she's ever been this flat. She just did a vomit on my chair. I think she just ate too fast plus the heat! I hope, too, a job pans out for my friend soon.

Just getting to visit Maggie. My heart was in my throat for a few seconds there. Wonder why she hates collars so much? With Victoria it is a must. That bell gives us a couple seconds warning before she bolts outside and has us chasing her across the neighbors yard. Henry took some adjusting and repeat fittings (kept finding it off - the pull away kind) but he's finally decided to keep it on. Pink is Maggie's colour :mrgreen: Sending job vibes for your friend. That must be so stressful.
