Oh! Forgot to mention that I found turkey for Lucian. I've been looking in the stores, but all I could find was wings at 2 for $8+! Finally found turkey legs at Food Lion. Was $3 for 2 legs, 1.49 lb. I'll throw them in the oven tonight when it's cooler. He's decided he doesn't like the freeze dried liver treats, at the moment, but loves turkey meat.
I like having something carb free around when he needs a snack an hour before test/shot time. Never thought I'd be roasting turkey for my cat. :lol:

Dogs have owners,
Cats have staff.
I hate to admit it, but I have slept all day. And Lucian let me and slept with me. I've been up for about a total of 2 hrs today. It's like my body just shut down. Last time I got up, around 3, I expected to stay up, but by 4 I couldn't keep my eyes open and went back to bed. I have literally slept like a cat today, or at least like my cats, who sleep all day. I don't plan on having coffee etc and hope to sleep some more and get my schedule back together by tomorrow. But that means Lucian will probably want to keep me up all night. :shock: I gotta make something to eat though :lol: the only thing I've had was a yogurt at 3. What a weird day. @-)

Nikki hopped off the roller coaster after our 100 point drop last night, but is back on it again tonight and outdid herself by dropping almost 150 points by +2.5 @-) Who knows where we'll end up?! :lol:

As hard as it is, try to get a mid cycle test for her, better safe than sorry.
I'm taking advantage of him being in safe numbers and getting all the sleep I can.

Lucian's having a good night, too.
By tomorrow's PM cycle, he'll be back on his normal shot times. I thought about keeping him on a later one until he had me up all night and decided to take it back where he used to be. That hour makes a difference when you're not getting any sleep. I'm considering an hour earlier still, haven't decided yet. :?

I struggle with it too. Do I want to get up an hour early so I can get a mid cycle without having to wake myself up every single night or do I want to sleep as late as possible before work? :lol: Hopefully Lucian will start to give you more breaks so you can get some sleep!
