Well China?? That PMPS was not what I was expecting!! You're just full of surprises lately!!
I was expecting something like the AMPS, not a drop of 29 points....not that I'm complaining!!
We've had a nice quiet day around here (except for the occasional BOOM in the distance) but it's been pouring down rain all day, so only a few real die-hards are setting off fireworks. It's also really cool....our high today was only 69!
I almost feel sorry for all the tourists that came down for the holiday weekend though....Sitting in a hotel room and paying for videos to watch isn't what most of them had in mind!! It's supposed to rain all day tomorrow too!
The hotels and resorts around here are all charging their "holiday" prices too, so it's not uncommon to pay over $250/night....and then there's all that money they spent on fireworks on their way here too!! The businesses that rent out boats and jet skis aren't really happy either I'm sure
Supposed to be partly cloudy on Monday, so the big displays at the resorts shouldn't have any problems, but I'm sure there are a lot of upset people out there
