Thanks, paws and fingers crossed... yesterday morning seemed a little touch and go but we shall see.

Tonight we started on 2 weeks of a 0.5 mg Budesonide capsule every day, instead of 1 mg tablet every other day.
The capsules are substantially larger than the tablets, and not enteric coated to slide easily, so I wasn't sure if he would take them, but the first one went down without issue.
If he is doing well on this dose, after 2 weeks we are going to switch to a 0.5 mg capsule every other night and see how he goes.
I cannot get this strength of Budesonide in anything but capsules, so it's the only choice in formats, other than a liquid.
Toeby does not like taking liquid meds unless they taste delicious, like Metacam apparently does - it's the only liquid med he has ever taken without a fight.
